To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, we have established the following guidelines for room use. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies.

Garbage Disposal: Please separate your garbage and use the labeled bins provided. A fee of 15,000 yen will be charged if garbage is left outside the bins and requires extra cleaning beyond standard cleaning procedures.

Bulky Items: We are unable to dispose of large or bulky items. If such items are left in your room or public areas, a 15,000 yen fee per item will be applied.

Furniture Arrangement: Please avoid significantly rearranging the furniture in your room. Moving furniture can cause damage, and a 15,000 yen fee will be charged if furniture is noticeably moved or if damage occurs.

Smoking and Strong Scents: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Please also limit the use of strong perfumes or colognes. If extra cleaning is needed to remove odors, a minimum fee of 15,000 yen will be charged.

Hotel Property: All items in your room, such as cups and spoons, are the property of the hotel. Removing these items is considered theft and may result in a charge of 100,000 yen per item.
