“Important Request”
To avoid disturbing neighbors, please keep quiet in the BBQ area, cold bath area, and all outdoor spaces after 8:00 PM.
“Notes”
Because this area is rich in nature, we kindly ask guests who are extremely sensitive to insects to consider other accommodations.

1st Floor: Living room, dining room, master bedroom, sauna/bathroom/changing area, 2 toilets, BBQ area
2nd Floor: Japanese-Western room (can be separated with sliding door)

About Number of Guests
Rates vary depending on number of guests.
If the number changes, notify us by the day before check-in.
Even for temporary facility use without staying overnight, additional charges apply.
Shopping
There is a shop next door (closed on Sundays).
Smoking
Completely non-smoking indoors.
Use the smoking area in the indoor BBQ zone.
If indoor smoking is detected, deodorizing and restoration fees will be charged.
Parking
Space for 3 cars.

Use of Facility
Smoking only in designated area.
No fireworks, candles, or open flames except designated equipment.
No loud parties.
Outdoor BBQ area use is prohibited 21:00–7:00.
No pets (50,000 yen fee if found).
Do not take home equipment or amenities.
Report any damage immediately (replacement cost applies).
Sort garbage into designated categories.
Only the number of reserved guests may stay.
All windows/doors must be closed after 21:00.
Sauna use until 21:00; keep quiet after 20:00.
Wear swimwear in sauna & cold bath.
Clean cookware/dishes after use.
Violating rules may result in permanent ban.
Payments
Frozen pizza, ice cream, extra items must be paid via PayPay.
Prohibited Uses
Organized crime members, threatening behavior, gambling, disturbing neighbors, etc.
Prohibited Items
Pets, flammable items, foul-smelling items, illegal possessions.
Rule Changes
Rules may change and take effect immediately when posted.
Additional Notes
The area has many insects; refunds/complaints for insects are not accepted.
Tools provided for removing insects/leaves from the cold bath.
Wild monkeys live in the area—do not leave food outside.
Children aged 2–12 may stay but pay adult rates; parents are fully responsible.
Certified guide dogs require prior approval.
Two toilets; right one is for men.
One bedding set per guest; extra use → 5,000 yen per set.
For 4+ guests using sofa bed/futon, leave bedding as-is at checkout.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
