*The sound and vibration of architectural works can be performed from 12pm to 5pm.
Working Days: Working Days, Sundays and public holidays (closed on Saturdays) *Working can be done on Saturdays, depending on the construction status.
Work content: Repair the exterior wall foundation on the east side of the first floor
During construction we will assemble the scaffolding and do the work.
Construction work that generates noise will be checked after 12:00 and we will pay attention to the ability to accommodate guests living there.

Parking: You will no longer be able to enter or exit the car between 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Natural Lawson business will be closed from 11:30 *We are currently adjusting the reopening hours of the day. After confirmation, we will update the announcement.

Coin laundry/vout machine is closed from 12:00 to 17:00
*Customers (12:00 noon) on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 cannot accept the expansion after 12:00 pm.
*For guests who stayed for the previous day or multiple nights, elevators, other electrical equipment and equipment will not be available during working hours. We also do not accept accommodation. Please avoid using electrical equipment collected during the above periods.
*After the power outage is completed, we will notify you of your room and restore the opening of facilities and shops within the building.
*Recovery and inspection work may take some time.
