1. The check-out time of 09:30 when the hotel is connected to Hachinohe Station is too tight to relax and enjoy the leisure facilities of your hotel. It is wrong to give priority to the dispatch of your hotel bus without considering the comfort of customers. 2. The buffet dinner and breakfast items are a bit simple and the expectations are too high. 3. The French restaurant said that reservations must be made three days in advance, but I am an overseas tourist and have no way to know that reservations can be made. I asked the counter staff to make reservations on the first day of my stay. The French restaurant replied that it was full and the food was limited. I can't believe this is the real answer. 4. I booked without choosing the room type, but the room assigned to me is a narrow and long room with a poor layout. I had too much expectations!
