【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke.
■ No pets allowed.
■ Towels will not be changed during your stay.
■ Parties and events are not allowed.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.
■ If a large amount of garbage needs to be disposed of, a fine of 10,000 yen will be charged as a disposal fee. Please note that if you leave food uneaten, you will also be charged.
■ Please check out on time, late check out will result in a $10 penalty. There is a $20 fee for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
■ According to the Accommodation Law, all guests with reservations must submit the following documents: name, address in current country, occupation, nationality, passport (applicable to all reservations). Please be sure to attach a copy of your passport and a photo of the tenant's identification as shown in the passport.

Pre-departure Information According to the regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Health and Social Security (MHLW), all international travelers must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (checking into a hotel, motel, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
