★ All room types can accommodate up to 3 additional people. If there are less than 4 people staying, no extra beds will be provided. Extra beds will only be provided for the 5th person staying.
★ NTD$1,000 per person aged 0 to 3 years old, NTD$2,500 per person aged 4 to 12 years old, NTD$4,000 per person aged 13 years old or above (inclusive): including breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, midnight snacks, supplies, and handicrafts, excluding Extra bed and other items not mentioned.
★ The camp owner will ask for identification on site. Please make your reservation based on the number of people of your actual age.
【House Rules & Safety Instructions】
■ Mountain Chill Glamping is located in a natural environment with low altitude and small temperature difference. Please consider the weather and physical conditions by yourself and bring enough warm clothes. The tents are equipped with heating and cooling, as well as separate dry and wet bathrooms and bathtubs. Each tent is equipped with 2 double beds (the same specifications of mattresses and pillows as the Jinghua Hotel), and can accommodate up to 4 people. Bath towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, Bamford and L'OCCITANE bath products, Dyson hair dryers, hand-washed kettles, and tea are provided. The package has everything you need, so you can easily enjoy a comfortable luxury camping experience in the mountains and forests.
■ The park's check-in time and all facilities on the mountain are open at 15:00.
■ Check-out time is 11:00 the next day. If you delay check-out without justifiable reasons, an overtime fee of NT$1,000 will be charged for each additional hour.
■ The on-site landscape design follows the laws of nature and is an ecological mosquito-killing site, but it is still a natural environment. If you have allergies, you can bring appropriate medicines to avoid causing allergies. Mosquito repellent and a basic medical kit are available on-site. If you have any needs, please contact the housekeeper.
■ There is no age limit in this park. However, in order to maintain the safety and quality of living in the park, please take care of your children and respect other visitors. There are unpredictable risks such as poolside, woods, pools, and wild animals in the park. Children must be protected by their parents. Accompany your children at all times to avoid accidents. If your children are injured in any way, our company will not be responsible or compensate you. Parents who do not want to accompany their children should not make reservations.
■ The campground is a natural environment with varying terrain and slopes. Elderly people and those with mobility impairments are advised to assess whether their physical condition is suitable for the trip. We apologize for your understanding.
■ The pool in the park is a filtered pool. If you play in the water, please be responsible. It will be opened depending on weather conditions. Please do not go into the water during non-opening hours. Children must be accompanied by their parents to participate in activities. The swimming pool is open until 22:00 at night at the latest.
■ The park provides children's tableware and chairs. For small babies, bathtubs, bottles, sterilizers, cribs, baby seats and tableware are provided. Free extra quilts are provided (advance notification is required)
■ Food and drinks are provided in the park, and self-cooking, fire making, and cooking are prohibited. If you have any dietary restrictions or possible allergens, please inform us at check-in to facilitate meal preparation.
■ The space in the kitchen refrigerator is limited and can only be used to help keep breast milk, baby food, and cakes fresh. Beverages, alcohol, snacks, etc. are not refrigerated.
■ Please take care of all public property and equipment in the park and do not take it out by yourself. If there is any damage, you will need to pay for it according to the price.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation and the rights and interests of other VIP guests, except for reserved areas, the volume in the park will be controlled. Please lower the volume from 22:00 in the evening to 07:00 the next day and refrain from making loud noises. The use of dice cups, pai gow, and mahjong is prohibited.
■ In order to protect the safety of the natural environment and the rights of other VIPs, those who smoke in non-designated areas, such as campsites and tents, will be asked to stop their activities immediately and leave the park. The interior of the tent is made of cloth. If additional odor removal is required due to smoking indoors, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 per tent will be charged.
■ The park provides soft and hard drinks. If the tent needs to be cleaned twice as much due to personal factors such as excessive drinking, vomiting or defecation, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged for each tent. Any damage will be compensated according to the price.
■ There are free parking spaces in the park. We only provide parking spaces and do not take responsibility for the storage. Please park in the correct location and with appropriate protection.
