※ On-site check-in location: Heping District Sports Park (2027/04/24 11:00-16:00). You must present identification documents and verify your materials. No replacements will be issued for lost/missing materials after leaving the check-in area.

※ Those who fail to complete check-in within the specified time will automatically forfeit their race eligibility.

■【Mandatory and recommended equipment rules】

※ Mandatory equipment must be carried throughout the race. Participants in the 60KM and 40KM categories must undergo equipment inspection on-site the day before.

※ The organizer may conduct mandatory equipment checks at any aid station along the course at any time. If equipment is unqualified or missing, race eligibility will be revoked, and no finishing result or ITRA points will be awarded.

※ Mandatory equipment list:

• Race entry fee in the order:

Cancel on or before 2027/01/31: NT$100 administrative fee will be charged.

Cancel from 2027/02/01 to 2027/02/07 (inclusive): 50% of the race entry fee will be charged.

Cancel on or after 2027/02/08: The organizer will lock the order under the real-name system, and 100% of the race entry fee will be charged (non-refundable).

• Accommodation and related transportation fees in the order (calculated based on the actual items purchased in the order):

Cancel on or before 2026/12/20: 0% of the item fee will be charged (full refund).

Cancel on or after 2026/12/21: Hotel and shuttle services will be locked, and 100% of the item fee will be charged (non-refundable).
