※ On-site check-in location: Heping District Sports Park (2027/04/24 11:00-16:00). You must present identification documents and verify your race materials. No replacement will be provided for any lost/missing materials after leaving the check-in area.

※ Those who fail to complete check-in within the specified time will automatically forfeit their race eligibility.

※【Mandatory and recommended equipment regulations】

※ Mandatory equipment must be carried throughout the race. Participants in the 60KM and 40KM categories are required to undergo equipment inspection on-site the day before the race.

※ The organizer may conduct mandatory equipment inspections at any aid station along the course at any time. If equipment is unqualified or missing, race eligibility will be canceled, and no finisher result or ITRA points will be awarded.

【Important booking and cancellation policy】

• No cancellation or transfer: Once this package product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, and changes to the participant's name are not allowed (no substitutions).
• Real-name registration: When travelers later register participant information in the official APP, the personal information entered must exactly match the traveler information on the AsiaYo order.
• Violation handling: If the registered information is found to be inconsistent with the AsiaYo order information, the organizer reserves the right to directly cancel your order and race eligibility without refund. 【Cancellation policy】

■ Cancellation and Fee Standards by Item: "Entry Right" fees in the order:

• Cancellation on or before 2027/01/31: An administrative fee of NT$100 will be charged.
• Cancellation between 2027/02/01 and 2027/02/07 (inclusive): 50% of the entry right fee will be charged.
• Cancellation on or after 2027/02/08: Orders are locked by the organizer under real-name registration; 100% of the entry right fee will be charged (Non-refundable).

"Accommodation" and "Related Transportation" fees in the order (calculated based on items actually purchased):

• Cancellation on or before 2026/12/20: 0% fee charged (Full refund).
• Cancellation on or after 2026/12/21: Hotel and shuttle service bookings are locked; 100% of the item fee will be charged (Non-refundable).
