2. Parking is not provided. Please use the nearby public parking lot (in front of Exit 2 of Seoul National University Venture Town Station).

3. If more than the number of guests in your reservation are found, you will be charged three times the amount and asked to leave immediately. (External CCTV installed - for the security of the property, guest safety, and occupancy checks.)

4. The property is located in a residential area.
To avoid disturbing neighbors, please refrain from making noise after 9:00 PM.

5. Minors are not allowed.
The guest is responsible for any subsequent incidents.

6. While simple cooking is permitted, please understand that foods with difficult-to-detect odors (such as pork belly, grilled fish, crab and seafood, durian, and mala-tang) are not permitted.
