Adult Ticket: Passengers aged 12 and above must purchase an adult ticket. Senior Ticket: Nationals aged 65 and above (based on the day of travel) may purchase a senior ticket by presenting a national ID or a government-issued document with a photo, ID number, and date of birth to verify their identity. Compassion Ticket: Nationals holding a disability certificate (pink) can purchase a compassion ticket. (Only those whose disability certificate indicates ""necessary companion discount measures"" for ""domestic public transport"" are eligible for one compassion ticket discount for a necessary companion). Note that the number of accessible seats is limited and requires manual reservation; this system does not support reservations. For reservations of accessible seats, please contact authorized travel agency service counters. Child Ticket: Children under 12 years old can purchase a child ticket. Children under 115 cm in height do not occupy a seat and may travel for free but must be accompanied by an adult or fully paid passenger, with a limit of two free children per adult. Children over 150 cm but under 12 years old, or those over 115 cm but under 6 years old, must present identification. Free Ticket for Children: Children under 115 cm in height or those over 115 cm but confirmed to be under 6 years old with proof may travel for free if they do not occupy a seat. (Those occupying a seat must purchase a child ticket). Free children must be accompanied by an adult, with a limit of two free children per adult.

Tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel). On the 29th day, if it falls on Friday or Saturday, tickets can be flexibly booked up to Sunday. If your desired travel date exceeds the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking your required train after ticket sales open, but this is subject to the availability of seats as confirmed by the order processing staff.

Before purchasing this product, please read the ordering instructions and related agreements carefully. If the purchaser is not the traveler, they will act as an agent and must fully inform the traveler of all product ordering instructions and restrictions. Once agreed upon, these terms are legally binding on the traveler; no claims of ignorance or misunderstanding will be accepted afterward. For changes or cancellations regarding this project’s high-speed rail tickets, please contact the original purchasing travel agency; ticket counters at high-speed rail stations cannot process these requests. More than 8 days before departure (exclusive), changes or cancellations incur a fee of NT$50 per person. (For example, if departing on December 8, changes or cancellations made before November 30 will incur a NT$50 fee per person.) Between 7 and 4 days before departure (exclusive), changes or cancellations incur a fee of 30% of the total cost. (For example, if departing on December 8, changes or cancellations made between December 1 and December 4 will incur a 30% fee.) Within 3 days before departure (exclusive), changes or cancellations incur a fee of 70% of the total cost. (For example, if departing on December 8, changes or cancellations made between December 5 and December 7 will incur a 70% fee.) On the day of departure, changes or cancellations incur a fee of 100% of the total cost.

The prices listed in the calendar menu are per person based on two persons traveling together (except for certain special projects) and include round-trip tickets in standard class. The travel date must coincide with hotel check-in or itinerary start date. Passengers in the same order are limited to entering and exiting from the same departure and destination stations on the same train. This project’s high-speed rail tickets are valid only for use on the same day and are non-transferable. Lost tickets will not be reissued; please keep them safe. Any alterations, damage making them unrecognizable, photocopies, or screenshots render them invalid. This project is a discount package itinerary; one-way refunds are not allowed, nor can accommodations and itineraries be canceled separately. If itinerary requirements change after booking, return transfers included in the original product must be managed independently. For trips departing more than 29 days in advance, please specify two to three desired train times for each leg in the ""Order Remarks."" The actual trains obtained will be based on customer service responses. For pricing details regarding other departure locations, cabin types, discounts for specific identities, payment methods, and related regulations, please consult authorized high-speed rail travel agencies directly.
