【Accommodation Rules】
■ Children aged 24 months and above on the check-in date will be charged as adults.
■ This property is a non-smoking building (including e-cigarettes). Please do not smoke indoors or outdoors. If you smoke in the accommodation, you will be required to pay an additional fee of 100,000 KRW for smoke removal and room cleaning.
■ Pets are not allowed. Please cooperate with the arrival of the next guest. If you enter without permission, you may be forced to leave without a refund.
■ The hotel is located in a residential area and is noise sensitive. Especially when outdoors (in the yard), please be careful not to make any noise. (If a noise complaint is made you may be asked to leave without a refund)
■ Please be sure to take off your shoes before entering the room (Korean style). If you enter the accommodation with shoes on, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
■ Do not flush items such as toilet paper, sanitary products or wet wipes down the toilet. (There is a trash can in the bathroom)
■ Eating and drinking are prohibited in the bedroom. (If there are food residues on the bedding, you may need to pay an additional 80,000 won for laundry)
■ Only guests who have made reservations in advance can check in. If there are additional guests, please inquire separately. To ensure security at the main door and entrance of the accommodation place, two surveillance cameras are installed.
■ If you need to make an appointment for photo shooting, please consult before making the appointment. If you take photos without permission you will be asked to leave the premises without refund and may be required to pay for damages.
■ Please use the nearby paid parking lot.
■ The property has recently been remodeled. The bathroom floor tiles were re-tiled so there was some white adhesive (tile adhesive) still left on the bathroom floor tiles.
