【Accommodation Rules】
■ Please keep your valuables properly as the B&B is not responsible for their storage.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please do not increase the number of people arbitrarily.
■ In compliance with relevant government regulations, please bring your identity document for registration to ensure the safety of your accommodation.
■ Partying, drug use, alcoholism and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the house. If found, the police will be dealt with.
■ The furniture/electrical appliances/furnishings/appliances, etc. in the house are all the property of the B&B. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the price.
■ According to Yilan County Government regulations, B&B guests are prohibited from making noise, barbecuing, and using audio-visual facilities and loudspeakers and other amplifying equipment from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests who violate the rules will be punished.
■ Consider the safety of the accommodation and avoid affecting neighboring houses. It is strictly prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers. Violators will be dealt with by the police in accordance with the law. Thank you.
■ If the guest's accommodation is for a continuous period of stay, in order to respond to environmental protection, we do not provide replacement of bed sheets, quilt covers, towels and other equipment. We apologize for your understanding and thank you.
■ Secret B&B has safety fire equipment and surveillance systems in public spaces (such as living rooms, dining rooms, and stairwells). All guests can stay at ease. Thank you.
■ All equipment, utensils, supplies and children's toys in the B&B will be disinfected and cleaned after each guest checks out. Please feel free to use them. Thank you.
■ A deposit of NT$5000 is required upon check-in. The full amount will be refunded without interest after check-out and inspection (please provide your account number for convenience).
■ If guests require barbecue during their stay, a barbecue activity fee of NT$800 will be charged. ﹙Includes barbecue grill, 2 packs of charcoal, 2 nets, 2 clips﹚
■ The entire B&B is non-smoking! If any violation is found, a cleaning fee of NT$10,000 and a non-refundable deposit will be charged, and the environmental protection and health unit will be reported. Thank you.
■ Pets are not allowed in the B&B. If any violation is found, a cleaning fee of NT$8,000 and a non-refundable deposit will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
■ There are many pastoral areas in Yilan, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in different seasons. Travelers please pay more attention⚠️Be sure to bring all the mosquito repellent supplies in case you need them! Thanks.
