♕ It is strictly forbidden to take drugs, trade illegal things, host parties, and carry guns and dangerous items in the homestay. If found, the police will be dealt with according to law.
♕ Passengers staying at the B&B, please do not set off fireworks, sky cannons and other noise-making objects inside and outside the B&B. The Yilan County Government has banned this. If you cause relevant laws and penalties, please be responsible.
♕ Room entry time: after 15:00 on the same day.
♕ Check-out time: before 11:00 am the next day.
♕ Please present your ID when checking in so that we can register.
♕ When you check in, please pay a deposit of $5000 to the on-site housekeeper, and confirm whether there is any abnormality or damage to the facilities. If you find any, please report it immediately. When you check out, the housekeeper will confirm that there is no damage or damage, and whether the furniture and equipment have been restored to their original state. After confirmation, the deposit will be returned to you.
♕ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room. If you need to add people, please inform in advance, and the service of adding people will not be accepted on the day of check-in.
♕ Extra person 1,000 yuan/person, extra bed 1,500 yuan/bed (the whole building can add up to 2 beds, and an extra bed fee will be charged on site), and an extra quilt is 200 yuan/piece (charged on site).
♕ Those over 7 years old will be charged as adults, and those under 7 years old will be free, with a maximum of 1 person per room.
♕ Personal valuables, please keep them properly, if lost, we will not be responsible, please forgive me.
♕ Please use the facilities of the homestay gently. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the room. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the price plus business loss.
♕ In order to maintain the accommodation environment, do not smoke indoors, do not eat betel nuts, do not bring pets, please move to the outdoors for smoking, and do not throw garbage, cigarette butts, and betel nut residues outside.
♕ After 22:00, please lower the volume. If you refuse to listen to repeated persuasion and cause disturbance to the neighbors, the hotel will call the police and ask you to move.
♕ The B&B is a single-family building with four flat sides and rice fields on three sides. It is unavoidable when the wind blows occasionally, and seasonal products such as geckos, insects, mosquitoes, and paederus are also unavoidable. Please always close doors and windows when entering and leaving to reduce insects If you are interested in the opportunity to enter the homestay, please do not book a room.
♕ There are cameras installed in the indoor and outdoor public areas of the B&B to protect the rights of both you and us. Please do not close or move arbitrarily. If you mind, please do not book a room.
