STime Villa | House Rules

Rule 1: STime Villa operates as a private villa rental. The number of guest rooms made available will be arranged according to the actual number of registered guests. Please stay according to the number of guests stated in your reservation. If you need to add guests, you must inform us in advance. Guests exceeding the reserved number without prior approval may be refused accommodation.

Rule 2: Smoking, illegal drug use, and any other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the property. If any odor, stains, contamination, or damage to the property or facilities occurs, additional cleaning fees and compensation may be charged according to the actual circumstances.

Rule 3: Dogs are welcome at STime Villa; cats are not permitted. Guests bringing dogs must inform us in advance. A pet cleaning fee will be charged according to the dog’s weight and the number of nights stayed. A NT$3,000 pet security deposit per villa will also be collected at check-in and fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be free of pet-related damage or excessive soiling.

Rule 4: Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, dining tables, or other furniture, and villa towels must not be used to wipe or clean pets. Dogs must not be left to roam freely inside the property while unattended. If a dog is temporarily left alone in a guest room, it must be properly secured in a pet crate or enclosure. Guests traveling with dogs are required to sign our Pet Stay Agreement at check-in.

Rule 5: Luggage storage is available before check-in. Luggage will be kept in a designated common area. Luggage storage does not grant early access to guest rooms or use of the villa’s facilities. After check-out, continued use of the property and its facilities is not permitted.

Rule 6: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later than the designated check-in time, please contact us in advance.

Rule 7: Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Late check-out is charged at NT$1,000 per hour, with a maximum extension of one hour. Please request late check-out in advance. Availability is subject to the housekeeping schedule on the day of departure.

Rule 8: At check-in, guests are required to present a valid identification document or passport so that the accommodation registration process can be completed.

Rule 9: To maintain the quality of the stay and respect the surrounding neighborhood, please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM and discontinue the use of speakers, audio systems, and karaoke equipment. Outdoor lighting will be turned off at 10:30 PM.

Rule 10: Portable gas stoves, hot pots, and cooking methods involving steaming, boiling, frying, or stir-frying are not permitted inside the property. Please also avoid bringing strongly scented foods. Outdoor BBQs are permitted only in the designated area and must be used in accordance with the on-site equipment and safety guidelines.

Rule 11: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted. Excessive drinking, chewing betel nut, setting off firecrackers, illegal drug use, and any unlawful or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. If vomiting or other behavior results in excessive soiling of the property, an additional cleaning fee may be charged depending on the circumstances.

Rule 12: All furniture, appliances, artwork, decorations, and facilities within the villa are the property of STime Villa. Please use them with care. Any damage, loss, or malfunction should be reported immediately. Guests may be required to compensate for the actual cost of any damage or loss.

Rule 13: When leaving the property, please make sure all doors and windows are securely locked and turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances to help maintain safety and conserve energy.

Rule 14: In support of environmental protection and plastic reduction policies, guests are encouraged to bring their own toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other personal toiletries. Essential amenities are also available for purchase on-site if needed.

Rule 15: Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own cash and valuables. STime Villa cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Rule 16: STime Villa does not provide regular airport or railway station transfer services. If transportation assistance is needed, we can provide taxi information or help contact a local taxi service. Vehicle availability, waiting times, and fares are subject to confirmation by the transportation provider.

Rule 17: After using the villa’s tableware, glasses, and cups, please assist with basic cleaning and return them to their designated places. Your cooperation helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.
