June June House mainly offers private-house bookings on weekends and national holidays. Single-room bookings are available from Monday to Thursday on selected dates. Please contact us for other dates.
【General Rules】
1. Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are allowed to enter and use the property. Visitors are not allowed to enter, tour, stay, or use the shared spaces.
2. Eco-Friendly Policy
We do not actively provide bottled water or disposable amenities. Guests are encouraged to bring their own water bottles and personal toiletries to support a more eco-friendly way of traveling.
3. Meals
Breakfast and meals are not provided. Tainan is known for its local food from morning to night, and guests are welcome to bring local snacks back to enjoy at the kitchen island and dining table.
4. Cleaning Service
Daily cleaning and amenity replacement are not provided during consecutive stays. If towel replacement, linen replacement, extra pillows, or extra blankets are needed, please request in advance. Additional fees may apply according to the platform or property policy.
5. Number of Guests
The number of guests must match the booking. Extra guests or unapproved visitors are not allowed. Any additional guest request must be made and confirmed before check-in.
6. Safety, Cameras, and Space Design
June June House is an elevator-equipped townhouse. The interior includes split-level areas, marble flooring, stairs, an elevator, balconies, and multi-floor circulation. Please be mindful of your steps and personal safety during your stay.
For guest safety, security cameras are installed in public areas such as the garage, entrance, and elevator entrance. Cameras are used only for safety management. There are no cameras inside guest rooms or private spaces.
7. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on terraces, balconies, and in the garage area. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation, calculated based on the 8-guest private-house rate.
【Check-in and Check-out】
8. Check-in Time
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM. Self check-in is provided. Electronic lock instructions and full check-in details will be sent before arrival. Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM.
9. Check-out Time
Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out will be charged NT$600 for every 30 minutes.
Housekeeping staff will enter the property for cleaning after 11:00 AM on the check-out date.
10. Check-out Procedure
Before leaving, please turn off the air conditioning, lights, and all electrical appliances, and make sure the doors are locked. After check-out, please send us a message to notify us.
11. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise levels low from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including in shared spaces, stairways, elevator entrances, balconies, and the garage area.
Loud talking, loud music, barbecue, singing, mahjong, or any activity that may disturb the neighbors is not allowed. If any violation leads to complaints, fines, or legal responsibilities, the booking guest and the person responsible must bear all consequences. June June House will not be held responsible. Please do not book if you cannot follow this rule.
【Children Policy】
12. Single-Room Booking Policy
For single-room bookings, guests may share public areas with other travelers. Therefore, single-room stays are only available for two guests aged 12 or above. Extra beds are not available, and children under 12 cannot be accommodated for single-room bookings.

For private-house bookings, the entire property is used by one group only. There is no age restriction, and families with children are welcome.

14. Children’s Fees and Extra Beds
Children under 5 years old who do not occupy a bed stay free of charge.
If an extra bed or additional bedding is needed, the fee is NT$500 per person per night, including pillow, blanket, towel set, and Mindi-style floor mattress. Extra bed service must be requested and confirmed before check-in.
15. Children’s Items and Guardian Responsibility
Baby cribs, playpens, high chairs, sterilizers, and other children’s items are not provided. Please prepare the necessary items and evaluate the suitability of the space before booking.
