To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, please read the following policies carefully before booking. Completing your reservation indicates your agreement to all house rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
■ Age & Fee Policies
•Main Guest Requirement: The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. A valid photo ID or passport is required upon check-in.
•Third-Party Bookings: If the actual guest staying is not the person who made the booking, please inform us in advance to facilitate registration.
•Child Policy: To maintain accommodation quality and safety, we only welcome children aged 7 and above.
•Guest Capacity: Please arrive with the exact number of guests specified in your booking. Extra bed service is not available.
•Room Change Fee: For consecutive-night stays, any room change requested due to personal reasons is subject to availability and will incur an additional cleaning fee of TWD 1,300.
■ Important Accommodation Rules
•Minimum Stay Requirement: To maintain overall stay quality, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings from April to October.
•Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property (including bathrooms and balconies). There are no outdoor smoking areas available.
•No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
•Eco-Friendly Amenities: In line with sustainability, single-use/disposable toiletries are not proactively provided.
•No Whole-House Rentals: We do not offer whole-house rental services. Please note that the B&B staff also resides on the property.
•Accessibility Notice: Please be aware before booking that the property does not have an elevator or barrier-free (accessible) facilities.
•Security & Visitor Policy: For the safety and security of our guests, surveillance cameras are installed at the main entrance and in the 1st-floor common areas. Outside visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the property.
