Refillable shampoo and body wash are provided in guest rooms, and drinking water dispensers are available on each floor for guests to use freely. ## 【Pet-Friendly Stay Guidelines】

1. Guests traveling with pets must inform the hotel at the time of booking. Only cats and dogs weighing 15 kg or less, as well as guide dogs, are permitted. A room cleaning fee of NT$800 per room applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed per room.

2. The number of pet-friendly rooms is limited. Room assignments are subject to availability and arrangements made by the hotel.

3. A refundable deposit of NT$1,000 is required for guests staying with pets. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after confirming that there is no damage, staining, or excessive soiling in the guest room. Hotel towels are strictly prohibited from being used for pets. Any towels used for pets will be charged at the hotel’s replacement price.

4. Pets are not permitted in the general dining areas. Guests agree to use the dining area separately arranged by the hotel and must collect their own meals from the general dining area.

5. Pets must not be placed directly on the floor in public areas, including guest room corridors, the lobby, lounges, and other shared spaces. Guests must use a pet stroller, carrier, or pet bag. Guide dogs are exempt from this restriction.

6. While inside a pet-friendly guest room, pets should remain in a pet stroller or carrier and must not be allowed on the bed.

7. Pets are not permitted to urinate or defecate in public areas or guest rooms, except in the bathroom. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel environment.

8. For hygiene purposes and consideration of other guests, hotel linens and towels must not be used to wipe, clean, or groom pets. If such use is discovered, the guest will be required to purchase the affected items at the hotel’s listed replacement price.

9. Before entering the guest room, please clean your pet’s paws and bring your own towels or cleaning cloths for your pet.

10. Pets must not scratch, bite, soil, or otherwise damage hotel linens, bedding, furniture, room amenities, carpets, or other hotel property. In the event of damage, the full deposit will be forfeited, and any additional repair or replacement costs will be charged according to the supplier’s quotation.

11. For the safety of your pet and to ensure the comfort of other guests, pets must not be left unattended in the guest room at any time.

12. Guests are required to bring their own pet supplies, including sleeping mats, strollers, leashes, food and water bowls, and other necessary items.

13. Pets are welcome at our hotel; however, pet owners are fully responsible for the safety, care, and behavior of their pets throughout their stay.

14. Please prevent pets from excessive barking, creating noise disturbances, or displaying aggressive behavior. If such behavior continues after being addressed by hotel staff and causes disturbance or safety concerns for other guests or hotel employees, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest and pet to leave the property. In such cases, any accommodation fees already paid will not be refunded.
