【Accommodation Rules】
1、Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
2、Access to the property begins at 3:00 PM. Early entry and early check-in are not available.
3、If you need luggage storage, please visit the reception counter on the 1st floor of Zone W.
4、Check-out may be extended until 1:00 PM at the latest, subject to an additional charge of 20% of the standard room rate. Extension is subject to room availability and confirmation by our on-site staff on the day of departure.
5、Temporary visitors are not permitted anywhere on the property. All guests entering the property must complete a reservation in advance. Upon entry, every guest must present and leave a valid ID for verification and complete real-name registration.
6、To maintain a peaceful environment at night, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Loud conversations and playing music are not permitted.
7、In accordance with government regulations, disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, shower caps, and cotton swabs are not proactively provided. If needed, please request them at the reception counter on the 1st floor of Zone W. Supplies are limited.
8、Setting off fireworks or firecrackers anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Open flames, self-cooking, induction cookers, and other heating equipment, including portable gas stoves, are strictly prohibited inside or around the tents. Cooking is only permitted in designated areas. Any damage caused will be charged at the original cost.
9、Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodation areas and indoor spaces, including e-cigarettes. Please use the designated smoking areas. A cleaning fee of NT$1,500 will be charged for violations.
10、Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times and pay close attention to water areas, fire sources, and terrain.
【Mountain-View Outdoor Hot Spring】
1、Swimsuits are required. Guests with long hair must tie it up, and towels must not be placed in the hot spring water. Non-slip slippers are recommended. Please shower and change into your swimsuit before entering the pools.
2、Please avoid bringing glass bottles or food into the hot spring area. Guests who are feeling unwell, pregnant, or have cardiovascular conditions are advised to consult a doctor before using the hot springs.
【Pet Policy】
1、Each guest may bring one pet. If you need to bring additional pets, please inform us when making your reservation. Pets brought into the room without prior approval will incur an additional charge of NT$2,000, and the deposit terms will also apply.
2、The pet accommodation fee is NT$1,000 per pet, with a NT$2,000 deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out if no damage, stains, or missing items are found.
3、If your pet causes stains or damage to indoor items, including but not limited to mattresses, bedding, or sofas, the NT$2,000 pet deposit will be fully deducted after inspection at check-out. The deposit is not deducted item by item; the entire deposit will be retained as a cleaning fee.
