Guest Count Verification: Please ensure the actual number of guests matches your reservation. If there is a discrepancy upon arrival, the guesthouse reserves the right to refuse check-in without a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoke-Free Property: To maintain clean air and a pleasant environment, smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and across the surrounding property.
Safety & Facility Guidelines
Security Surveillance: Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras to ensure the safety of guests and the property.
Indoor Footwear: Please remove your outdoor shoes upon entry. We provide daily sanitized indoor slippers (please do not wear them outside).
No Cooking: Although the open kitchen has a stove, it is not connected to gas. Cooking is not permitted.
Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drinking to excess, gambling, loud noise, cooking, and pets are strictly prohibited. Please do not use unauthorized electrical or gas appliances not provided in the room to prevent power overloads and safety hazards.
Extended Stays: To protect your privacy, room cleaning, bed linen, and towel replacements will not be provided for stays shorter than 3 consecutive nights.
Keycard Return: Upon check-out, please place the room key and keycard in the tray by the entrance, and ensure the door is securely closed behind you. (A replacement fee of NTD$500 per card will be charged for any loss.)
Child Safety: Guest rooms are located on the second floor. Please keep a close eye on children to prevent them from getting too close to windows, balcony railings, or stair handrails, and prevent dropped items.
Care for Facilities: Please treat all amenities with care and turn off lights and power when leaving the room. Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost.
Luggage Notice: Guest rooms are on the second floor accessible via stairs. Please consider this if you are traveling with heavy or large luggage.

10. In compliance with environmental regulations, single-use disposable amenities are not provided (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, and razors).
