All reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable. Rooms are non-smoking. Quiet hours begin at 22:00. The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 20:00. Only registered guests are permitted at the property. Guests must present an original passport or government-issued photo ID and provide their expected arrival time. Early check-in is subject to availability and host confirmation. Pets require prior written approval and a photo, are limited to 20 kg, require a THB 2,000 deposit, must not be left alone, must be leashed, must toilet outdoors, and are not allowed in the pool.
