Guests must transfer to the property via Floatplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Seaplane transfers are carried out by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) who provide the resort with confirmed flight schedules the evening prior to arrival/departure. Seaplanes are operational only in daylight hours. Shared seaplane transfers may be combined with guests from nearby resorts and may have possible stops en-route (one or multiple stops) before arriving at the resort. Seats for seaplane transfer for any reservation received later than 72 hours prior to the guest arrival are subject to availability. Reservation will only confirm the booking after getting the confirmation from TMA. Seaplane fares are subject to change in the event that new taxes are introduced or if a fuel surcharge is levied. Seaplane departure timings are scheduled by TMA and are subject to change. For arrival: Seaplane transfers can be arranged for international flights arriving in Maldives between 6 AM and 3:30 PM. For departure: Seaplane transfers can be arranged for international flights departing Maldives from 9 AM onwards. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or a nearby island at their own cost. Seaplane transfer will be arranged for the next day and any payment made for the previous night will be charged as guarantee for early check-in. Additional (extra) seaplane transfer arrangements can be arranged on request and are subject to an extra charge of 60% of the return airfare per person including children. Private seaplane transfer can be arranged on request; rates and availability are subject to change. Guests may use the TMA VIP Lounge in the seaplane terminal with access to light refreshments, tea, coffee, and soft beverages on arrival day. The waiting time at the TMA VIP Lounge is approximately 2-3 hours from the time of check-in for the seaplane transfer, depending on the international flight schedule. There may be further delays or cancellation due to inclement weather conditions or seaplane maintenance requirements. The resort will not be responsible for the additional charges in the event of delays or cancellations due to force majeure, weather conditions or maintenance requirements. The resort will not be responsible for guests who miss their international flights or connections. Luggage allowance is 20 kilograms per person and 5 kilograms hand luggage (one bag). Any amount over this will be charged an additional USD 5 per kilogram and may be subject to delivery delay. Baggage items that weigh more than 32 kilograms will not be permitted on board unless repacked in lighter luggage. Price and weight restrictions are subject to change at the discretion of the service provider. Guests must arrange seaplane transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property. To arrange transfers, guest inform the resort at least 7 days in advance and provide the complete name of the guest(s) travelling along with flight details and the age of the children, if any, and the arrival and departure details.
