4. The property is located in a residential area.
To avoid disturbing neighbors, please refrain from making noise after 9:00 PM.
(If complaints are made, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.)
5. Minors are not allowed.
The guest is responsible for any subsequent incidents.
6. While simple cooking is permitted, please understand that foods with difficult-to-detect odors (such as pork belly, grilled fish, crab and seafood, durian, and mala-tang) are not permitted.
Our accommodation is a formally registered foreigner-owned city bed and breakfast.
This accommodation is registered and operated as a legal shared accommodation business for Koreans under the Mister Mansion special exemption.
