If you request to extend the stay on the day or if you have to cancel the cleaning on the day, we will charge a separate cleaning fee. If you have any changes to your reservation, such as extended stays, please be sure to let us know 24 hours before check-out.

We will do our best to meet the needs of our guests, but we may not be able to respond on the day.
Please note that we will inform you at an additional cost when it is necessary to respond on the day except for urgency.
