This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Following policies apply to guests staying in Club Deluxe King, Grand Deluxe Twin Room, Deluxe Twin Room (Triple Use), Executive Suite, Garden Suite, and Chiyoda Suite:

1) Children 12 years old and younger are not permitted in Club Lounge after 5:30 PM.
2) Children ages 5 to 15 are only allowed to use the pool from 9 AM to 5 PM with adult supervision.
Pool access available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
