Air conditioner: Turn on/off using the “power” button on the remote control. Please set the temperature between 18–28°C.
Electric stove: Turn on/off using the power button and adjust the heat level. Always turn it off after use.
Wi-Fi: Please check the information card inside the property for SSID and password.
Ceiling light: Can be turned on/off using the remote control.
Please return the remote control to its original place after use. A 8,000 JPY penalty will be charged if lost.
2. Waste Disposal
Please dispose of trash in the outdoor bins when the indoor bin is full. Leaving large items such as suitcases is strictly prohibited.
3. Door Lock Instructions
The entrance uses a keypad lock: press “◯”, enter your 4-digit code, then press “◯” again.
Tap all four displayed numbers, then press “◯” to unlock.
To lock when leaving, press “◯”.
This is not an auto-lock system, so please make sure to lock the door manually.
4. Other Important Notes
● Located in a residential area: parties and loud behavior are strictly prohibited. Please keep quiet after 9:00 PM.
If police or security are dispatched due to noise, a fee of 20,000 JPY per response will be charged.
Please keep TV and music volume low.
● Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If detected, a 20,000 JPY cleaning fee plus restoration costs will be charged.
If the next guest cancels due to smoking, additional compensation will be charged.
Street smoking is also prohibited in Osaka City.
● No shoes inside the property.
● No cleaning service during your stay. Additional cleaning for long stays is available upon request (extra charge applies).
● If vomiting occurs due to gatherings, a flat 20,000 JPY cleaning fee will be charged.
● Damage to furniture or equipment will be charged separately.
● Late check-out: 1,000 JPY per 60 minutes.
● Please lock the door when leaving. We are not responsible for theft or loss.
● Do not leave luggage behind.
Items taken from the property will be charged.
● Pets and illegal activities (including drugs) are strictly prohibited.
