To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Construction is underway at the property from April 1 to October 31, 2025, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Guests may hear construction-related noise and vibration during business hours. A scheduled power outage will take place sporadically on May 16 and 21-23, 2025. All facilities that use power will be unavailable from 1 AM and 5 AM, each outage lasting for 5 minutes. During this time, TV and internet services will be unavailable for 15 minutes. Additionally, the in-room air conditioner will be unavailable on May 21 and May 22, 2025, from 1 AM-5 AM.
Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
