To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The breakfast fee is JPY 3,500 for adult, JPY 2,000 for children ages 7-12, and at no charge for children ages 0-6, until March 31, 2026. This property will be renovating its exterior April 1, 2026-October 31, 2026, from 9 AM-5 PM (except April 29-May 6, 2026, and August 8-16, 2026). Due to maintenance, this property's spa facilities will be closed all day on May 11, 2026, and from 6-9 AM on May 12, 2026.
Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
