Request Regarding Delivery of Parcels and Mail

Please note that we do not accept any parcels, packages, or mail addressed to guests at this property.

To prevent issues such as incorrect delivery or loss, please do not use the property address for sending any luggage, parcels, packages, or mail, whether before check-in, during your stay, or after check-out.

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

・Please understand that in the event of unexpected damage or accidents involving appliances or furniture, they may be urgently replaced with alternative items or temporarily become unavailable.

・The mailbox is not available for guest use. If you are unable to receive your parcel directly, you may not use this property as a delivery address.

・Reservations made by anyone other than the actual guest staying at the property are not accepted.

・Excessive use of hot water or electricity may temporarily stop the supply. Please refer to the house guide in the room for instructions on how to restore it.

・We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, a hair dryer, and towels.
For each stay, one bath towel and one face towel are provided per person.
If you need additional towels, please bring your own or use the washing machine in the room.

・Disposing of large items such as suitcases is strictly prohibited. Please do not leave them at the property.

・Please tie garbage bags securely and leave them in the kitchen.
Do not place garbage outside the property, including garbage collection points or any area outside the facility.

・Disclaimer Regarding Parking
We assume no responsibility for any damage or loss incurred by guests while using the parking area, including vehicle break-ins or theft of belongings.
If a guest causes damage to a third party while using the parking area, the guest shall be responsible for compensating such damage at their own expense and responsibility.

・Barbecues and fireworks around the property are prohibited for safety reasons.

・Parties and banquets are prohibited.

・Please be careful not to disturb nearby residents by making noise outside the building.

・Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid making loud noises.

・Please do not visit nearby apartments or residences.

・Room cleaning will begin at 10:00 AM on the check-out date.
Check-out time cannot be extended.

・If you check out after the designated check-out time, it will delay the cleaning schedule.
In the event of a late check-out, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 per hour will be charged.

・Please note that we do not provide concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, or similar services typically available at staffed hotels.

・Please keep the apartment clean.

・We assume no responsibility in the event that a guest staying at the property dies or is injured.

・Smoking is prohibited indoors, including electronic cigarettes.
If the cleaning staff determines that there is a cigarette smell remaining indoors, a deodorizing fee may be charged.

・Please wash any dishes you use and return them to their original place.

・The number of guests may not be increased without permission.

・Please do not move furniture or appliances.

・Eating and drinking on the beds is prohibited.

・If we discover any suspected violation of the law, such as alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 20, we will report it to the police.

・Accommodation tax will be charged from April 2026.
