For the comfort of guests using the public bath, this property does not permit children who wear diapers to use the facilities at any time. Shuttle buses to/from Narita International Airport (NRT) and JR Narita train station have occupancy limits. Guests may have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to board when buses are full. Groups of 10 or more people cannot be accommodated on the same bus.
