【Important Booking and Cancellation Policy】

The total amount of this product consists of two separate parts: race entry and official shuttle transportation, and accommodation with related transportation. In the event of cancellation, refunds for the two parts will be calculated separately based on the cancellation date, with handling fees deducted before the remaining amounts are added together and refunded.

Cancellation on or before 2026/11/10: After deducting an NT$100 administrative handling fee, the remaining balance will be refunded in full.

Cancellation from 2026/11/11 onward: 100% of the race entry and shuttle fee will be charged, and no refund will be given.

• Fees for accommodation and transportation in the order (check-in date: 2027/03/19):

Cancellation on or before 2027/02/17 (30 days before check-in): 30% of the accommodation and transportation fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

【Travel Agency Liability Insurance】

Contracting Parties

Traveler Name: (hereinafter referred to as Party A)

Travel Agency Name: (hereinafter referred to as Party B) AsiaYo Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (AsiaYo)

Party A and Party B agree to handle this travel matter in accordance with the following provisions:

Article 1 (Definition of Domestic Travel)

Domestic travel under this contract refers to travel within the territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, and other free areas under the jurisdiction of the Republic of China.

Article 2 (Definition and Content of Individual Travel)

Individual travel under this contract refers to: Party A requesting Party B to arrange domestic transportation, accommodation, and travel itinerary on Party A's behalf; or Party A participating in an individual travel product packaged and sold by Party B that includes transportation, accommodation, and travel itinerary.

Article 3 (Scheduled Travel Destination and Transportation/Accommodation Details)

The transportation, accommodation, and travel itinerary for this trip are detailed in the attached documents.

The records in the preceding paragraph may be replaced by published advertisements or promotional materials, which shall be deemed part of this contract. However, if stated as for reference only, such records shall be invalid.

Article 4 (Meeting and Departure Time and Place)

Party A shall gather and depart on time at the specified date and time in the Republic of China calendar. If Party A fails to arrive on time and is therefore unable to depart, and is also unable to join the trip midway, it shall be deemed that Party A has terminated the contract, and Party B may handle the matter in accordance with Article 11.

Article 5 (Travel Fees and What They Cover)

The travel fee shall be based on the total order amount, and Party A shall make payment according to the following agreement:

1.

At the time of signing this contract, the travel fee shall be based on the total order amount.

2.

If there is any remaining balance, it shall be paid three days before departure.

The travel fee paid by Party A under the preceding paragraph shall include the transportation costs, hotel accommodation costs, and sightseeing costs to be arranged by Party B as listed in this contract. However, if both parties agree to include other costs, such agreement shall prevail.

Article 6 (Effect of Failure to Pay Travel Fees)

If Party A fails to pay the travel fee for reasons attributable to Party A, Party B may terminate the contract directly and confiscate the deposit already paid. If there are other damages, Party B may also claim compensation.

Article 7 (Traveler's Duty to Cooperate)

If the completion of the travel requires an act by Party A and Party A fails to perform such act, Party B may set a reasonable deadline and urge Party A to do so. If Party A still fails to perform within the deadline, Party B may terminate the contract and claim compensation for damages arising from the termination.

Article 8 (Mandatory Insurance)

Party B shall arrange liability insurance and performance bond insurance in accordance with the regulations of the competent authority.

If Party B fails to arrange insurance in accordance with the preceding paragraph, then in the event of a travel accident or inability to perform the contract, Party B shall compensate Party A at three times the minimum insured amount required by the competent authority.

Article 9 (Trip Unable to Proceed Due to Travel Agency Negligence)

If the travel activity cannot proceed due to reasons attributable to Party B, Party B shall notify Party A immediately upon becoming aware of the situation and explain the reason. If Party B fails to notify Party A, it shall compensate Party A with liquidated damages calculated based on the full travel fee. If Party B has given notice, the liquidated damages payable to Party A shall be calculated according to the length of time between the notice reaching Party A and the departure date, as follows:

1.

If notice arrives between the 21st and 30th day before departure, compensation shall be 10% of the travel fee.

2.

If notice arrives between the 11th and 20th day before departure, compensation shall be 20% of the travel fee.

3.

If notice arrives between the 4th and 10th day before departure, compensation shall be 30% of the travel fee.

4.

If notice arrives between the 1st and 3rd day before departure, compensation shall be 70% of the travel fee.

5.

If notice arrives on or after the departure date, compensation shall be 100% of the travel fee.

If Party A can prove that the actual damages suffered exceed the standards in the preceding paragraph, Party A may claim compensation for the actual damages.

Article 10 (Fulfillment of Itinerary Content and Exceptions)

Party B shall arrange accommodation, transportation, travel itinerary, etc. in accordance with the contract and shall not make changes, except where Party A requests a change and Party B agrees, in which case any additional costs shall be borne by Party A. Unless there are circumstances under Article 12 or Article 14 of this contract, Party B may not make changes for any reason or under any name. If Party B fails to provide meals, accommodation, transportation, etc. at the level specified in this contract, Party A may claim liquidated damages from Party B equal to twice the price difference.

Article 11 (Traveler's Voluntary Termination Before Departure)

Party A may notify Party B to terminate this contract before the travel activity begins, but shall pay document-related fees and compensate Party B according to the following standards:

1.

If notice arrives between the 21st and 30th day before departure, compensation shall be 10% of the travel fee.

2.

If notice arrives between the 11th and 20th day before departure, compensation shall be 20% of the travel fee.

3.

If notice arrives between the 4th and 10th day before departure, compensation shall be 30% of the travel fee.

4.

If notice arrives between the 1st and 3rd day before departure, compensation shall be 70% of the travel fee.

5.

If notice arrives on or after the departure date, compensation shall be 100% of the travel fee.

If Party B can prove that the actual damages suffered exceed the standards in the preceding paragraph, Party B may claim compensation for the actual damages.

Article 12 (Termination Before Departure for Statutory Reasons)

If all or part of this contract cannot be performed due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to either party, all or part of the contract may be terminated without liability for damages. Party B shall refund Party A the remaining balance after deducting government fees already paid on Party A's behalf or all necessary expenses already paid in performance of this contract. However, once either party becomes aware that the travel activity cannot proceed, that party shall immediately notify the other party and explain the reason; if failure to notify causes damage to the other party, the party at fault shall be liable for compensation.

To protect the safety and interests of the travel under this contract, after partially terminating the contract under the preceding paragraph, Party B shall take necessary measures beneficial to the trip (unless Party A disagrees and refuses). If necessary expenses arise as a result, Party A shall bear them.

Article 12-1 (Termination Before Departure Due to Objective Risk Factors)

Before departure, if there are facts sufficient to indicate that one of the travel destinations in this trip may endanger the life, body, health, or property safety of travelers, the provisions of the preceding article may apply mutatis mutandis. However, the party terminating the contract shall additionally compensate the other party at ___% of the travel fee (not exceeding 5%).

Article 13 (Traveler's Voluntary Termination After Departure)

If Party A withdraws from the travel activity midway after it has begun, or is unable to participate in the travel items arranged by Party B, Party A may not request a refund of the travel fee. However, Party B shall refund Party A any expenses that can be saved or need not be paid due to Party A's withdrawal from the travel activity.

Article 14 (Changes to Itinerary, Meals, Accommodation, and Sightseeing Items During the Trip)

If, during participation in the itinerary arranged by Party B, performance according to the scheduled itinerary, accommodation, or sightseeing items becomes impossible due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to Party B, Party B shall provide necessary assistance with the care of a good administrator.

Article 15 (Attribution of Liability and Assistance)

During the trip, if Party A suffers damage while taking public transportation such as airplanes, ships, trains, MRT, cable cars, or automobiles due to reasons not attributable to Party B, the service provider of the relevant transportation shall be directly liable to Party A.

However, Party B shall provide assistance to Party A with the care of a good administrator.

Article 16 (Other Agreed Matters)

Party A and Party B agree to comply with the following:

If the agreed matters in the preceding paragraph alter the provisions of other clauses in this contract, such agreement shall be invalid unless approved by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications; however, this shall not apply if it is favorable to Party A.
