【Cutoff Points】

For traffic control, safety maintenance, and race operation needs, the organizer has set cutoff times. If participants exceed the cutoff time, they will not be allowed to continue the race.

In addition, even if not at a cutoff point, if a participant falls significantly behind or is judged unable to continue safely, the organizer also has the right to require the runner to stop. After the race is stopped, the runner's timing chip will be collected to avoid timing errors.

From Fukuoka Airport (福岡空港), take the Fukuoka City Subway Kuko Line to Hakata Station (博多駅), transfer to the Kyushu Shinkansen to Shin-Tamana Station (新玉名駅), then transfer to the Kyushu Sanko Bus to Tamana Onsen Bus Stop (玉名温泉). After getting off, it is about a 3-minute walk (210 meters) to arrive.

■Hotel Shirasagi -Hotel Shirasagi(玉名溫泉ホテルしらさぎ) to Yokoshima Ground Athletic Center ( 横島グラウンド総合運動センター )

Walk about 3 minutes (210 meters) from the hotel to Tamana Onsen Bus Stop (玉名温泉), take the Kyushu Sanko Bus to Yokoshima Shogakko-mae Bus Stop (横島小学校前), and after getting off, walk about 8 minutes (650 meters) to arrive. For the return trip, simply walk back in the opposite direction along the same route to return to the hotel.

Handling of Personal Information

• The organizer complies with personal information protection laws. Participants' personal information will only be used for race notifications, invitations for the next event, result announcements (rankings, etc.), services provided by sponsors and partner organizations, and confirmation of participation eligibility.

Application Terms and Conditions

1. After registration is completed, event changes, cancellations, or refund requests are not permitted.
2. If the race is shortened or canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters (earthquakes, windstorms, floods, snowfall), accidents, or pandemics, the organizer will assess actual expenses incurred and decide whether to partially refund the registration fee.
3. If an accident, injury, or illness occurs during the event period, the organizer will only provide first aid treatment. Participants should confirm that they are in good health and assume the risks of participation themselves. If you feel unwell on race day, please do not participate.
4. During the race, if the organizer determines that a participant is not in suitable condition to continue, please immediately follow instructions to stop racing. In addition, be sure to comply with any other instructions from the organizer regarding safety management and race management.
5. If injury or illness occurs during the race, I have no objection to receiving first aid treatment. I will not hold the organizer responsible for the method or process of treatment (except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the organizer).
6. If emergency vehicles need to pass on the course, participants must cooperate with the organizer's instructions and stop to give way.
7. Except for first aid treatment, the organizer bears no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss not caused by the organizer.
8. My family members, relatives, legal representative (if the participant is a minor), or team members (when registered collectively by a representative) have all agreed to participate in this event.
9. Impersonation and false reporting of age or gender are strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and their results canceled, and the organizer will bear no responsibility for any related compensation or refunds.
10. I agree that all race videos, photos, reports, and result records (including portrait rights) and their publication and usage rights in media such as television, newspapers, magazines, the internet, and promotional booklets belong to the organizer.
11. The race uses timing chips for time measurement. After the race, be sure to return the timing chip to the designated collection box (it must also be returned if you withdraw during the race).
12. The organizer is not responsible for delays caused by public transportation or road conditions. Pets (such as dogs), wheelchairs, and strollers are strictly prohibited on the entire course, except for the Leisure Run Division のんびり部門.
13. Participants are generally free to choose their attire (including Kanaguri Shiso costume outfits promoted by the organizer), but may not wear clothing that violates public order and morals, covers the entire body, is insulting or offensive, or is deemed by the organizer to interfere with race safety or operations.
14. Wearing or displaying promotional items such as company names or product trademarks for commercial advertising purposes is prohibited at the event venue (including along the course).
15. If attire does not comply with the regulations, the organizer has the right to require the participant to stop the race.

【Nickname Bib Information】

• With this add-on, you can have a personalized bib printed with your own name or nickname. Wearing it on race day allows race volunteers and local supporters along the course to call out your name more warmly and cheer you on enthusiastically!
• You may choose whether to add this service during registration and fill in the name to be printed in the traveler information field. If you do not purchase this add-on or do not fill in a nickname, a standard bib will be issued (showing only the race number and name).
• Character limit: Full-width characters (Chinese, Japanese): up to 5 characters; half-width characters (English letters, half-width spaces): up to 10 characters.
• Available characters: In principle, any characters that can be entered using a standard computer input method may be used. Please do not use special symbols, emoji, or environment-dependent characters that may cause garbled text in the system.
• Numbers only are prohibited: You may not enter only Arabic numerals (for example, 888), to avoid confusion with the official race number assigned by the event.
• Character conversion and deletion: If the input system cannot support the display of uncommon characters, old-form characters, or some traditional Chinese characters, the system will automatically replace them with the corresponding new-form or simplified characters; if a special character is completely unrecognizable, the system will delete that character directly.
• Advertising and inappropriate language are prohibited: It is strictly forbidden to enter company names, shop names, product brand names, or any text of a commercial advertising nature. If the organizer determines that the content is inappropriate (such as violating public order and morals, political positions, or offensive language), the organizer has the right to refuse to print the nickname, and the add-on fee will not be refunded.

Finisher Certificate
