The course starts at the beginning of the Subaru Line and climbs all the way to Mt. Getting There
We provide transportation suggestions for your independent travel. Actual traffic conditions are subject to Japan's traffic announcements on the day, and you may also purchase tickets in advance to avoid limited availability.
※Crowds will be very heavy on the event day, so please allow plenty of time. You must arrive at least one day early to go to the venue for check-in and race material collection.

From Shinjuku Station (新宿駅), walk about 2 minutes (150 meters) to Busta Shinjuku (バスタ新宿), then take a Highway Bus to Fujisan Station (富士山駅). From there, you can take a taxi for about 10 minutes (3.6 km) to reach the hotel, or you may assemble your bicycle after exiting the station and ride for about 15 minutes (3.6 km) to the hotel.
※For JR limited express trains or highway buses, bicycles must be disassembled and stored in a bike bag to comply with carrying regulations

- The starting point is the Fuji Hokuroku Park large parking lot. Please line up according to the guidance stated in the participant instructions.
- Please be sure to observe the start time. If you are late, you may be allowed to start with a later group.
- Check-in will not be accepted on the day of the event. Please be sure to complete check-in procedures the day before.
- Proxy check-in is allowed.
- Wearing a helmet (leather and cloth helmets are prohibited) and gloves is mandatory.
- Wearing warm clothing is mandatory for the descent. Those not wearing warm clothing may be required to take a bus prepared by the organizer to go down the mountain (fee required).
- No bicycle inspection will be conducted. Please adjust and check your bicycle condition yourself. Top-ranking riders may undergo a bicycle inspection after the finish. If safety equipment parts (gloves, handlebar tape, grips, etc.) are missing or damaged, severe warnings to demotion penalties may be imposed.
- Bicycle and equipment inspections will be conducted before the start. ※Spot checks will be used. If there is a problem with the bicycle inspection, maintenance must be completed before starting with a later group. This also applies to the organizer's selected group.
- During the event, riders judged by the organizer to be engaging in dangerous behavior or riding modified bicycles may be disqualified. In addition, they may not be allowed to participate in future years.
- The main course of this event is the Fuji SUBARU LINE within Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. As traffic control is implemented on roads crowded with many tourists and climbers, please cooperate with the race operation and the preservation of the surrounding natural environment.
- As this event course is at high altitude, weather conditions can change easily, and there may be major differences between the foothills and higher elevations. If heavy rain, strong winds, road damage, or other circumstances not attributable to the organizer make it unsafe to hold the event, the event may be canceled, and the executive committee will decide whether to hold it early on the morning of the event day. If the event is canceled for the above reasons, the entry fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

- If you need to withdraw during the ride for any reason, please inform the staff along the route.
- If you cannot find any staff, please directly contact the emergency phone number during the event period (event headquarters mobile: 070-1051-1524).
- When withdrawing, a shuttle vehicle will take you back to the event venue.

- This activity takes place on public roads without any traffic control and is not a timed race. Please obey traffic rules (such as stop signs and traffic signals), keep left, and do not ride side by side or cut in recklessly.
- Please be sure to follow the instructions of the lead rider.
- All participants must wear helmets and gloves. When overtaking, please call out first and yield to one another to ensure safety.
- When passing through right-hand curves, always assume there may be oncoming vehicles and avoid getting too close to the center of the road.
- No bicycle inspection is provided for this activity. Please make sure your bicycle is in good condition before participating.
- If staff determine that your riding behavior is dangerous, you may be asked to stop riding.
- The organizer is not responsible for any damage to or theft of bicycles, helmets, or clothing.
- Although comprehensive safety measures have been taken for event operations, participants are still advised to obtain insurance in case of accidents, illness, or injury. To protect your own safety and cover medical and rescue expenses in emergencies, please be sure to purchase overseas travel insurance on your own before departure. - After registration, changes to event categories or cancellation due to personal reasons will not be accepted, except through ゆずれ~る (transfer service). In addition, overpayments and duplicate payments are non-refundable.

- There is no weight limit for bicycles.
- However, the organizer or judges may prohibit bicycles they deem dangerous from participating.

- Gloves must be worn during the race and on the descent (not wearing gloves may result in disqualification)
