From Shinjuku Station (新宿駅), walk about 2 minutes (150 meters) to Busta Shinjuku (バスタ新宿), take the Highway Bus to Yamanaka Kyoku-mae Bus Stop (山中局入口), then walk about 3 minutes (210 meters) after getting off to reach the hotel.

■ Fuji Matsuzono Hotel (富士松園ホテル) to Race Venue：Yamanakako Junior High School ( 山中湖村立山中湖中学校 )

• From the hotel, walk about 3 minutes (210 meters) to Yamanaka Kyoku-mae Bus Stop (山中局入口), take the Fujikyuko Bus to Yamanakako Junior High School Bus Stop (山中湖中学校前), then walk about 2 minutes (120 meters) after getting off to arrive. Return to the hotel by the same route.

【Race Regulations】

Handling of Personal Information

• The organizer complies with the Personal Information Protection Act. Participants' personal information will only be used for race notifications, invitations for the next event, publication of results (including rankings), provision of services by sponsors and partner organizations, and confirmation of eligibility.

Application Terms and Conditions

1. After registration is completed, event categories cannot be changed, and cancellations or refunds due to personal reasons are not allowed.
2. If the race is shortened or canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, floods, snowfall), accidents, or epidemics, the organizer will assess the actual expenses incurred and decide whether to partially refund the registration fee.
3. The organizer will only provide first aid for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the race. Participants must undergo a medical check-up by a doctor on the day before the race to confirm that there are no abnormalities such as heart disease, and must assume the risks of participation themselves (the organizer recommends that participants check their physical condition in advance through examinations such as exercise electrocardiograms). Please bring your health insurance card (My Number health insurance card) on race day. If you feel unwell on race day, please do not participate. If you have symptoms that may worsen after running, or if you are pregnant, please do not participate.
4. During the race, if the organizer determines that a participant's condition is not suitable for continuing, please immediately follow instructions and stop racing. In addition, please comply with any other instructions from the organizer regarding safety management and race management.
5. If injury or illness occurs during the race, I have no objection whatsoever to receiving first aid treatment. I will not hold the organizer responsible for the method or process of treatment. (Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the organizer)
6. If emergency vehicles need to pass on the course, participants must follow the organizer's instructions and stop to give way.
7. Except for first aid, the organizer shall bear no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss not attributable to the organizer. Any related compensation shall be based on the public liability insurance policy purchased by the organizer (the cost of issuing a medical certificate shall be borne by the participant).
8. My family members, relatives, legal representative (if the participant is a minor), or team members (when registration is completed by a representative) have all agreed to participate in this race.
9. Impersonation and false reporting of age or gender are strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and their results canceled, and they will be barred from future participation. The organizer will also bear no responsibility for any related compensation or refunds.
10. I agree that race videos, photos, reports, and result records (including personal information such as name, age, gender, results, and portrait) may be published and used in media such as newspapers, television, magazines, the internet, and brochures. In addition, the rights to such publication and use belong to the organizer.
11. The handling of personal information of race registrants will follow the privacy policy separately stipulated by the organizer.
12. The race uses a timing chip, which is already attached directly to the back of the bib number. Please be sure to pin the bib to the front of your chest according to the regulations. This race uses a disposable chip, so it does not need to be returned after the race.
13. The organizer is not responsible for delays caused by public transportation or road conditions. Pets and strollers are strictly prohibited throughout the course.
14. Participants are generally free to choose their attire, but may not wear clothing that violates public order and morals, covers the entire body, is insulting or offensive, or is deemed by the organizer to interfere with race safety and operations.
15. It is prohibited to wear or display promotional items such as company names or product trademarks at the event venue (including along the course) for commercial advertising purposes.
16. If attire does not comply with the regulations, the organizer has the right to require the participant to stop the race.
