【Chip Usage Rules】

• For this event, the 21K and 10K categories use disposable timing chips. The chip should be attached to the back of the bib number. The chip does not need to be returned after the race, and no deposit is required.
• When checking in before the race, please proactively confirm that the number on the timing chip and bib matches your participant number. If there is any error, please report it to the staff immediately to avoid losing your eligibility to participate and claim post-race raffle prizes.
• Participants must wear the bib number visibly on the front of the chest for judges to identify. Participants without a recorded time at any checkpoint will be disqualified, will not be timed, and will not receive a result certificate.
• Participants should carefully read the chip usage instructions in the check-in notice before the race, or follow the assistance of on-site service staff.
• All official race results shall be based on the results announced by the organizer.

【Penalty Rules for Violations】

• Participants who violate the following rules will have their race results canceled and will be immediately removed from the course:

• It is strictly prohibited to gain an advantage during the race with assistance from others or other means of transportation (such as riding in a vehicle, being supported, etc.).
• Participants must follow the race route specified by the organizer and may not take shortcuts.
• The registered category must match the participant's identity qualification (both the actual person and the impersonator will be penalized).
• Any behavior that violates sportsmanship and ethics is prohibited (such as fighting, insulting referees, etc.).
• It is strictly prohibited to alter the bib number privately.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring pets, push strollers, or use inline skates, scooters, skateboards, etc. on the race route, or engage in any behavior that affects the rights of other participants.

• Participants who violate the following rules will have their race results canceled:

• Any transfer, sale, or purchase of race entries is strictly prohibited.
• Crossing the start line before the official start time is strictly prohibited.
• Participants without a bib number or checkpoint token will not be included in the results calculation.
• Participants must follow the instructions and guidance of referees and on-site staff.

【Appeals】

• Race disputes: During the race, participants may not question referees on the spot. For any matters noted as having the same meaning as track and field rules, the referee's decision shall prevail and no appeal may be made.
• Appeal procedure: Any issues arising from the race must be raised with the event service desk staff within 10 minutes after the results of each category are announced, together with a deposit of NT$3,000, to be signed for by the competition team. All appeals are subject to the final decision of the jury committee. If the appeal is deemed unreasonable, the deposit may be confiscated and used as part of the event fund.

• Alternative transfer arrangement: If we are ultimately unable to secure a seat on the train, we will proactively adjust your arrangement to a chartered coach transfer to ensure your trip proceeds smoothly.

【Cancellation Policy】

■ Cancellation and deduction standards for each item:

1. Race entry fee in the order:

• Cancellation on or before 2027/01/14: An administrative processing fee of NT$100 will be charged.
• Cancellation from 2027/01/15 onward: The organizer will lock the registration under the real-name system, and 100% of the race entry fee will be charged (non-refundable).

2. Accommodation and related transportation fees in the order (calculated based on the actual items purchased in the order):

• Cancellation on or before 2026/12/11: 30% of the item fee will be charged.
• Cancellation from 2026/12/12 ~ 2027/01/10 (inclusive): 50% of the item fee will be charged.
• Cancellation from 2027/01/11 onward: Hotel and transportation will be locked, and 100% of the item fee will be charged (non-refundable).

4. Receive final itinerary information: 5 to 7 days before check-in, AsiaYo will update and send you the final detailed itinerary information.
