• Accommodation
• Round-trip international airfare is not included.
• Fees for applying for a new passport, some meals, usage fees for other activity facilities, personal expenses, and transportation costs. (e.g. beverages and alcohol, laundry, telephone, telegrams, and personal transportation expenses)

※ It is recommended that you purchase your own travel accident insurance additionally (children under 15 are not eligible for travel accident insurance according to regulations).

• Receive final itinerary information: 5–7 days before check-in, AsiaYo will update and send you the final detailed itinerary information.
• On-site check-in and hotel check-in: On race day or at check-in, please be sure to bring the original copy of your passport or Taiwan ID card for hotel check-in.

• To provide travelers with greater convenience, please make your booking through "online reservation" in accordance with the booking rules. Phone/manual booking services are not available.

【Booking Notes】

• Before purchasing this product, please be sure to carefully read the product booking notes and related terms. If the purchaser is not the traveler, the purchaser shall act as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the traveler of all product booking notes and restriction terms. Once consent is given by clicking agreement, the legal effect shall also apply to the traveler. Claims by the traveler afterward based on not knowing or not understanding will not be accepted as a defense.
• Completion of payment for this package does not mean the reservation is confirmed. If airfare is added on, you must complete and return the required information within 24 hours. Late submissions will not be accepted. If you have any concerns, please do not place an order.

【Cancellation Policy】

1. The "transportation" fee in the order (based on boarding on 3/5):

• Cancel on or before 12/04: 30% of the transportation fee will be charged, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.
• Cancel from 12/05 to 1/04 (inclusive): 50% of the transportation fee will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancel on or after 1/05: As vehicle arrangements enter the locked order stage two months before boarding, 100% of the transportation fee will be charged (no cancellations or refunds accepted).
