• Fees for applying for a new personal passport, some meals, fees for using other activity facilities, personal expenses, and transportation costs. (Such as beverages, alcohol, laundry, telephone, telegrams, and personal transportation expenses)

【Cancellation Policy】

1. "Transportation" fees in the order (based on riding on 3/7)：

• Cancellation on or before 12/04: 30% of the transportation fee will be charged, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.
• Cancellation from 12/05 to 1/04 (inclusive): 50% of the transportation fee will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellation on or after 1/05: As vehicle arrangements enter the booking lock period two months before departure, 100% of the transportation fee will be charged (no cancellations or refunds accepted).
