【Accommodation Notes】

• Check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's regulations.
• The number of rooms available at promotional rates is limited. Actual availability depends on the room types shown at the time of booking, and changes to other room types are not permitted.
• Due to differences in regions and hotel systems, if you have special requests (such as one double bed/two twin beds, baby amenities, etc.), please submit them when your order is placed. 【Cancellation Policy】

1. For the "accommodation and transportation" fees in the order (based on check-in and boarding on 3/5):

• Cancellation on or before 12/04: 30% of the accommodation and transportation fees will be charged, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.
• Cancellation from 12/05 to 1/04 (inclusive): 50% of the accommodation and transportation fees will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellation on or after 1/05: As hotel and vehicle arrangements enter the locked booking period two months before check-in/boarding, 100% of the accommodation and transportation fees will be charged (no cancellations or refunds accepted).
