【Important Booking and Cancellation Policy】

The total amount of this product consists of two separate parts: "race entry and official shuttle transportation" and "accommodation and related transportation." In the event of cancellation, refunds will be calculated separately for each part based on the cancellation date, after deducting applicable handling fees, and then added together for the final refund amount.

■ Cancellation and deduction standards for each item:

• For the "race entry and official shuttle transportation" portion of the order:

Cancellation on or before 2026/11/10: After deducting an NT$100 administrative handling fee, the remaining balance will be refunded in full.

Cancellation on or after 2026/11/11: 100% of the race entry and shuttle fee will be charged; no refund will be given.

• For the "accommodation and transportation" portion of the order (check-in date: 2027/03/19):

Cancellation on or before 2027/02/17 (30 days before check-in): 30% of the accommodation and transportation fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation from 2027/02/18 (inclusive) to 2027/03/04 (inclusive) (15–29 days before check-in): 50% of the accommodation and transportation fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation on or after 2027/03/05 (within 14 days before check-in): Hotel rooms and vehicles will be held as reserved, and 100% of the accommodation and transportation fee will be charged (non-refundable).

【Not Included】

• New passport/visa application fees, international round-trip airfare, some meals at your own expense, fees for use of other activity facilities, personal expenses, and transportation costs.

※ Recommendation: Travelers are advised to purchase their own "personal travel accident insurance" and "specific activity comprehensive insurance" based on individual needs for better trip protection.
