■ Confirmation of participant health condition
In recent marathon events of various kinds, there have been not only injury incidents but even fatalities. Participants should fully consider their own health condition before deciding whether to participate.
There may be heart disease or other health risks that you are not yet aware of, so please be sure to undergo a medical examination at a medical institution to ensure that your physical condition is suitable for participation, and make your own judgment as to whether you can participate safely.
To prevent accidents, the event secretariat has arranged group insurance for all participants and deployed ambulances along the race route and at the finish line. However, for follow-up issues arising from injuries or accidents during the race, the organizer will not bear any additional compensation responsibility beyond basic emergency treatment and the insurance compensation limit (see the insurance coverage table for details).
Participants must personally confirm and decide whether they are able to participate safely.
The organizer bears no responsibility for injuries or accidents caused by personal health factors during the race. All participants are urged to pay close attention to their own health.
■ Medical and first-aid measures
Along the race route, ambulances staffed with medical personnel or emergency rescue teams will be on standby near the 10 km, half marathon, and full marathon turnaround points, and first-aid centers will be set up at the start and finish points.

■ Instructions for using the timing chip
