駅に近い
MRT龍山寺駅に非常に近いです（Googleマップのナビでは距離が表示されますが、細い道を行けば実際には非常に近いです）。高速鉄道の休暇と組み合わせると、CPは非常に高くなります。

Before booking, please carefully read all product terms and conditions. If the purchaser is not the traveler, they act as an agent and must fully inform the traveler of all terms. Agreement signifies the traveler accepts these terms, and claims of ignorance will not be accepted.
THSR booking opens 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed earlier, but seats are not guaranteed.
THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days of departure (including the travel date). If the 29th day is a Friday or Saturday, bookings may be extended to Sunday. If your travel date exceeds this window, our team will prioritize your booking once it opens, but final seat availability is not guaranteed.
The travel date must match the hotel check-in or tour departure date. Travelers in the same order must use the same departure and arrival stations and train.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be combined as departure and arrival stations (e.g., trips to Taipei Station cannot depart from Nangang or Banqiao).
If you need to change your itinerary, and your package includes transfers, return transfers must be arranged by yourself.
Please provide complete information for all passengers: full name, gender, ID number, and date of birth.
Payment does not confirm your booking. Confirmation is completed only when our staff sends a confirmation email containing your THSR reservation code and pickup code.
If your selected date exceeds the 29-day booking window, please complete the train request form within 24 hours of booking. We will complete your reservation after booking opens and notify you by email.

Taiwan High Speed Rail reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this package at any time. Changes will be announced on the official website and AsiaYo without prior notice.
[Ticket Types]
Adult Ticket: Passengers aged 12 and above must purchase an adult ticket.
Senior Ticket: Nationals aged 65 and above (based on the day of travel) may purchase a senior ticket by presenting a national ID or a government-issued document with a photo, ID number, and date of birth to verify their identity.
Disabled Ticket: Nationals holding a disability certificate (pink) can purchase a compassion ticket. (Only those whose disability certificate indicates "necessary companion discount measures" for "domestic public transport" are eligible for one compassion ticket discount for a necessary companion).
Child Ticket: Children under 12 years old can purchase a child ticket.Children over 150 cm but under 12 years old must present identification.
Free Ticket for Children: Children under 115 cm in height or those over 115 cm but confirmed to be under 6 years old with proof may travel for free if they do not occupy a seat. (Those occupying a seat must purchase a child ticket). Free children must be accompanied by an adult, with a limit of two free children per adult.
Important Notes for THSR Tickets
Seats are assigned automatically by the system. Consecutive seating, specific seats, or specific cars cannot be guaranteed.
AsiaYo currently offers the following two methods for ticket pickup:
THSR T-EX App Pickup: All travelers must have smartphones with the T-EX App installed. Tickets must be activated on the original phone to pass through ticket gates.
Convenience Store Kiosk Pickup: Use the pickup code provided by AsiaYo at any of the four major convenience store kiosks. A handling fee of NT$10 per ticket will apply.

Tickets are valid for same-day travel only. Please arrive at the platform at least 10 minutes before departure. If you miss your train, you may take a later same-day train in the unreserved seating section (same departure and arrival stations). No additional charge applies for unreserved seating, but refunds are not available.
THSR tickets do not include an official printed receipt from THSR. Only a collection receipt will be provided. Please confirm if this receipt meets your reimbursement requirements.
Tickets are non-transferable. Please keep your original ticket safe. Lost, damaged, altered, torn, or copied tickets are invalid and cannot be reissued.
Any other unspecified matters will be handled in accordance with Taiwan High Speed Rail's Passenger Transport Guidelines.
Accommodation Notes
Check-in and check-out times are based on hotel policies.
The number of promotional rooms is limited; available room types are as shown at the time of booking and cannot be changed.
Due to variations in hotel policies and locations, please specify any special requests (e.g., king bed/twin beds, infant amenities) when placing your order. We will submit your requests to the hotel, but fulfillment depends on hotel availability.
Child policies vary by hotel; any additional charges must be paid at the hotel.
For children not occupying a bed, only insurance and administrative fees are included. High-speed rail tickets can be added at checkout. Any additional costs must be paid on-site.
Children without a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use, or amenities.
Some hotel rates do not apply to foreign guests; any price differences must be paid at the hotel according to regulations.
Cancellation Policy for High-Speed Rail Tickets
This package cannot be refunded or changed at THSR counters or kiosks. Please contact AsiaYo for any ticket changes or cancellations.
After confirmation, no changes are allowed (e.g., room type, date, number of people, package, or train number). Entire orders must be canceled and rebooked according to AsiaYo policies.
This is a promotional package and does not allow partial refunds or cancellations for hotel or activities.
Cancellations 8 days or more before departure: NT$50 fee per person.
Cancellations 7–4 days before departure: 30% of total cost.
Cancellations 3 days before departure: 70% of total cost.
Cancellations on the day of departure: 100% of total cost.

Note: The form submission time will determine cancellation processing. Cancellations are processed Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00. Requests outside of business hours will be processed on the next working day.
