返金に関して
予約のキャンセルやアーリーチェックアウトにより返金が発生した場合、AsiaYo はお客様が予約した際の決済方法で返金します（クレジットカード、ATMでの振込、電子マネーを含む）。返金作業は全て手動で行われ、土日および祝日を除く営業日に返金手続きが行われます。クレジットカードの場合、各クレジットカード会社の作業進度により、約 3-14 営業日かかります。ATM支払の場合は、お客様指定の口座へ約 3-5 営業日でお振込みをいたします。電子マネーやその他の支払いの場合は、各決済方法の規定に従って処理されます。
