予約内容の変更やキャンセルをしたい場合はどうすればいいですか？
予約完了後に送られる予約確定メールに会員ページのリンクがございます。会員ページでは、予約内容の確認/印刷やキャンセルができます。予約内容を変更する必要がある場合は、先に元の予約をキャンセルしてから、新しい予約を取り直してください。
返金に関して
予約のキャンセルやアーリーチェックアウトにより返金が発生した場合、AsiaYo はお客様が予約した際の決済方法で返金します（クレジットカード、ATMでの振込、電子マネーを含む）。返金作業は全て手動で行われ、土日および祝日を除く営業日に返金手続きが行われます。クレジットカードの場合、各クレジットカード会社の作業進度により、約 3-14 営業日かかります。ATM支払の場合は、お客様指定の口座へ約 3-5 営業日でお振込みをいたします。電子マネーやその他の支払いの場合は、各決済方法の規定に従って処理されます。
