Case 1:

Rule 3:
When you have complaints from nearby residents due to noise etc.　and if you do not meet the improvement request, you will be charged 20000 JPY for damage caused through intent or negligence on part of you. Furthermore, you may not be able to stay in succession (immediate withdrawal).
当您因噪音等原因向附近居民提出投诉时，如果您不符合改善要求，您将被收取20000日元因故意或疏忽造成的损失。 此外，您可能无法继续（立即退出）。
騒音等により近隣住民からクレームがあった際、改善要求に応じて頂けない場合は、迷惑料として20000円を請求させていただきます。 その上で、連泊の場合でも2泊目以降ご利用頂けない可能性もございます（即刻退去）。

1: NO SMOKING (Please use the smoking room)

2: NO PETS

3: Security:We request that during your stay you keep the key and make sure the property is locked when no one is present. If unexpected guests arrive, please DO NOT let them on the premise. Only the reserved guests can enter the room.

4: Please TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES at the entrance of our home. This is a common practice in most homes and temples in Japan.

5: Noise:We ask that you keep the noise to a respectful level in the public space (lobby, passage...)and in the room during your stay, especially in the evenings or when windows are open. No parties, please!

6: Noise:Please close the door slowly and quietly. A sound of a door will be trouble around. We have very kind neighbors so we want to be respectful in return.

7: Safety:Please be extra careful when near windows or using the balcony, especially on higher floors. We will not be held responsible should any accidents occur due to the carelessness of the guest.

8: Please do not use the towels, futons or bed linens which stored in the storage space.

9: Environmentally Friendly:Please make sure to turn off all the lights, air conditioner and heater, the gas for the stove and other electric devises, and running water when you go out or leave the property.

10: Please separate your garbage as:
1) bottles, cans and plastic bottles
2) Others

11:Please DO NOT THROW the garbage OUT of the room. When you check-out, just leave garbage in the room please. We will pick them up.

12:Please DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER, such as TISSUE PAPER. Or may damage the toilet pipes.
