■ The homestay does not provide breakfast service, sorry for the inconvenience
■ Please remember to show your ID card when you check in for hotel registration
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room; children under the age of three (inclusive) do not occupy a bed for free, and children over the age of four are counted as one head
■ Kitchen utensils are provided free of charge. If you use them, please return them to their original places. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of TWD$1000.
■ Please do not arbitrarily damage and damage the interior decoration and furniture of the homestay. If there is damage, the price will be compensated
■ Please keep your valuables properly, if lost, we will not be responsible
■ It is strictly forbidden to open a party, take drugs, and pull K. If found, report it to the police immediately, and directly cancel the right of accommodation and confiscate all expenses
■ In order to maintain the tranquility of the neighbors, please do not make loud noises after 10:00 pm; the time limit for singing KTV, barbecue area activities is limited to 22:00, and the outdoor lights and audio equipment will automatically power off when the time is up.
■ Provide barbecue venues and barbecue stoves, ingredients and consumables (such as charcoal, grilling nets, brushes, grilling clips, seasonings) need to be prepared by yourself! Please sort garbage by yourself, and a cleaning fee of TWD1000 will be charged, which will be charged on-site. We also provide food ordering services, please note in the order, and will be charged on-site.

【Tips for pet accommodation】
■ Pets must be remarked in the order and inform the hotel in advance
■ There is no charge for bringing pets in the hotel, but if the items are damaged or seriously dirty, an additional fee of TWD$500 per pet will be charged.
■ Do not allow pets to urinate indoors
■ Pets are not allowed to sit on the sofa and bed when they enter the room
■ Pets cannot use towels in the room
■ If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, ask the owner to try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the room, if you go out, you need to bring your pets with you
