■ Children under 3 years old (inclusive) are free of charge and meals are not included.
■ Age 4~11 (inclusive) costs NT$1,800/person, including meals, supplies, and extra bed.
■ Adults aged 12 and above are charged NT$3,200 per person, including meals, supplies, and extra beds.

■ Check-in and check-out time: Check in 15:00; Check out 11:00
■ There will be a charge for late departure: NT$1,000 per hour, maximum extension of 2 hours.
■ Please check in according to the reserved number of people. If you exceed the number of people, you must inform us in advance before departure. It is not possible to check in with extra people, extra beds, extra bedding, etc. on the same day to ensure the quality of accommodation.
■ If the stay is extended, in order to ensure the privacy and safety of guests, room changes, bedding changes and cleaning services will not be provided. If bedding needs to be changed, a cleaning fee of NT$1,000 will be charged for room cleaning. If there are special needs, please inform the housekeeper. .
■ Please close the screen window when you leave the room to prevent mosquitoes from flying in and affecting your rest.
■ The park has a rich ecology and there are many mosquitoes, so you can bring your own mosquito repellent (the park also prepares it, you can ask the housekeeper to use it if necessary).
■ The park is located in a mountainous area with rich natural ecology. It is inevitable that mosquitoes, spiders, reptiles, etc. will accidentally enter the room (the park is cleaned and disinfected). If you are very afraid of them, please consider booking a room.
■ There are some hollow stairs, fence designs, and ramps inside and outside the park. Please pay more attention to safety when moving.
■ There is a large flood storage pool in the public area and an ecological pool outside the B&B building. If you bring children, please accompany them throughout the activities. Children are not allowed to move alone to avoid danger.
■ Please take care of the official and equipment items inside and outside the park. Books, mouthwash cups, towels, hair dryers, heating kettles, etc. provided in the room are all necessary items. Please do not bring them out by yourself.
■ Each room is well-lit and has floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains. It is recommended that light sleepers bring their own eye masks.
■ Each guest room in the park provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap. In response to the concept of environmental protection and plastic reduction, disposable supplies (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, etc.) are not actively provided. ■ The park is pet-friendly. A cleaning fee will be charged during check-in (it will be refunded without any damage upon check-out). Please also follow some regulations with us and protect this mountain environment together!
■ Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the accommodation. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is prohibited in the entire forest maintenance area.
■ To protect the ecology and safety of the mountain forest, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited.
■ In order to maintain the safety of guest accommodation, surveillance systems are installed in public activity areas. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ This B&B is insured by: Xin'an Tokyo Marine Products Insurance Co., Ltd. Public Accident Liability Insurance.

[Tips for pets entering the camp]
■ Do not leave your furry child alone in the house without supervision to avoid accidents.
■ To keep the environment clean, family members are asked to take the initiative to clean up their furry children’s excrement.
■ To ensure a comfortable accommodation environment for guests, please do not let furry children go to bed or use hotel towels to wipe them.
■ Please be sure to wear a leash or use a pet carrier/bag in public spaces to ensure the safety of your furry child and in a manner that does not affect other residents. (The pool is not accessible)
■ Fur babies can enter the restaurant with their family members, but must be properly arranged by service staff. Please also be sure to wear a leash or use a pet carrier/bag.
■ Please do not use public tableware for furry children. If necessary, please ask the service staff to borrow a furry bowl.
■ To maintain the safety of other residents, please do not bring dangerous or aggressive furry children. The park reserves the right to refuse admission. If there is harm to others or damage to other people's equipment or damage, family members will be responsible for the consequences. The park is not responsible for relevant responsibilities; if the furry child barks out of control, family members are asked to take the initiative to comfort or take them away from the scene to avoid disturbing others.
■ A deposit of NT$2,000 per pet is required for the accommodation of furry children. When checking out, the housekeeping staff will refund the deposit if they confirm that it complies with the Pet Accommodation Convention. If the furry child causes damage or dirt to the house facilities, subsequent maintenance and restoration costs will be borne.
