According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.
House Rules
＊A deposit will be collected upon check-in in accordance with the hotel’s on-site regulations. The full amount will be refunded at check-out, provided no incidental charges have been incurred. In the event of any changes, the hotel’s official notice at the premises shall prevail. By signing at check-in, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this deposit policy.
【Check-in rules】
■ The hotel has a free parking lot with limited parking spaces and no reservations are available. There is no guarantee that all rooms in the hotel will have parking spaces. If the parking lot is full, please refer to the hotel's special parking lot information.
■ Pets are not allowed in this hotel, and guide dogs are not included.
■ In order to ensure the quality of accommodation for all travelers, please do not make loud noises or noises after 10 pm, please cooperate.
■ The windows and balconies of hotel rooms cannot be opened or used for safety reasons.
■ The hotel is completely non-smoking according to the Tobacco Harm Prevention Act. If there is any related behavior, the hotel has the right to charge a cleaning fee ranging from TWD$2,000 to TWD$10,000.
■ The hotel provides extra bed service depending on the room type. If you need an extra bed, please contact the hotel staff directly

- Baby cots and baby bathtubs are available for free, the number is limited, please reserve in advance.
■ Passengers under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult or provide a parental consent form with their own signature to check in.
■ In order to ensure the rights and interests of other guests, such as gambling, drinking or engaging in any illegal activities in the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to stay and report to the police.
