【Check-in rules】
1. The hotel is completely non-smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages.
2. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Passengers who arrive in Taiwan after 12:00 am on the check-in day can check in early for free if there is a room available. Please indicate the flight and arrival time in the special request of the order, so as to avoid no room available when you arrive at the hotel.
3. The guest rooms provide wired and wireless internet, cable TV, electric kettle and a full set of toiletries. If you have any special needs, please inform the hotel in advance, which will be arranged according to the on-site situation.
4. In order to avoid affecting the rights and interests of other tenants, pets are not allowed to stay. If you bring pets, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to stay, and the rent and deposit will not be refunded.
5. Due to safety considerations, guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their parents or show the consent of their guardians. Minors are not allowed to stay alone.
6. In accordance with the "Hotel Management Rules" issued by the Tourism Bureau, the counter staff will collect the personal information of the occupants (name, ID number and contact information, etc.) when checking in. The information is only used for the hotel's internal business and is kept in accordance with the law. And send it to the district police station or sub-station (police station) for future reference.

非必要不可外出，若有必要外出需求，為避免與送餐、垃圾清運、旅客入住或退房等狀況的時間衝突導致您或旅店員工暴露於未清消的高危險環境中，請事先向櫃檯登記預約外出及返回時間並簽立切結書，務必依約定時間外出及返回，且不得在外過夜。若超過約定返回時間且無法與您取得聯繫，將依規定通報，外出未歸者最高罰款新台幣十五萬。

A: Yes, if you meet the eligibility for co-living, you can live together with the confirmation letter from the local unit and provide a screenshot.
■ Child charges (no bed, meal included, and accessories included): NTD 400 per person under 6 years old (included), please indicate the number and age of children in the special needs field when making a reservation, and go through the "Successful reservation" ” Email directly to the platform customer service, and the platform customer service will assist you to complete the payment; if the payment is not completed, your check-in will be affected.
■ 6 years old and above (inclusive) (no bed, meal included, accessories included): NTD 1,200 per person, please select the total number of people you actually stay in a room when booking, and the system will automatically calculate the amount payable
Q: Can three meals be customized?
A: Some are ok, not all meal requirements are acceptable, special allergies can be avoided, and religious eating habits can be avoided in particular (no cows, no pigs...)
Q: Is there a fixed delivery period for delivery and supplies from relatives and friends?
A: There is a prescribed delivery time every day, 7:00~22:00
