Last time I took my boyfriend to Jinghua to celebrate his birthday. I felt very comfortable. The hotel/equipment/bedding set didn't feel old, and the quality of my sleep at night was very good. The only drawback is that the hotel parking lot has to wait for a long time. Guests should be given priority parking rights instead of waiting in line with all dining customers.

● Please be informed that, due to essential maintenance, the Fitness Center, Sauna, 20F Wellspring Spa, and Swimming Pool will be temporarily closed on February 25th (Wed) , 2026.

● To ensure the continued quality of our facilities and services, a routine power system inspection has been scheduled for Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. During this period, in-room systems such as lighting and air conditioning will be temporarily unavailable.

● Sustainability Initiative: Starting July 22, 2025, the hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities, in alignment with government environmental policies. We kindly encourage you to bring your own personal toiletries as we work together to embrace sustainable practices and contribute to environmental protection.

● Pet Policy: To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, pets are not permitted within hotel premises, including guest rooms and public areas. We appreciate your understanding.

● Hotel Facilities & Operating Hours:

- Outdoor Swimming Pool (21F): 07:00 - 22:00 (Last entry: 21:30, daily cleaning hours: 12:00-12:30 / 18:00-18:30, Children under 110 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult.)
- Wellspring Spa (20F): 10:00 - 23:00 (Last appointment: 20:00, advance reservations are recommended.)
- Fairytale Game Room (5F): Open on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays (Sessions: 14:00 - 17:00 / 18:00 - 21:00)
- Regent Galleria (B1 & B2): 10:00 - 21:00
- Fitness Center (B3): 06:00 - 22:30: Access is restricted to guests aged 16 and above, and proper athletic attire and footwear are required.
- Sauna (B3): 07:00 - 22:30 (Last entry: 22:00, access is limited to guests aged 16 and above.)

Cancellation Policy
