【Accommodation Rules】
■ Number of people limited:
(1) A child's height above 110 cm will be counted as one bed (for children below 110 cm, two children will be counted as one bed)
(2) The extra bed fee is TWD$800/person/day. The number of extra beds depends on the room type. If you need extra beds, please inform us in advance.
(3) When booking a room, please be sure to inform the exact number of guests. If there is an overoccupancy without notification, the B&B reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse to check in.
(4) If there are visitors, please come back before 22:00. If you do not leave after the time, an extra bed will be charged TWD$800.
■ Those who book a room using this B&B booking system must pay the total price of the room booked to retain the right to book the room and price online.
■ Please prepare relevant documents when checking in and go through the procedures in accordance with the regulations. This B&B cannot accommodate travelers under the age of 18 alone. Please check in with an adult.
■ After confirming your online reservation, if you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, please contact us and our service staff will coordinate the relevant matters with you.
■ Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you exceed the time, please call us to inform us. If you cannot be contacted on the day, the deposit will not be refunded.
Check-out time is before 11:00 noon the next day. If the check-out time exceeds the check-out time by more than half an hour, a fee of TWD$500/hour will be charged.
■ In order to maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, smoking, gambling (including mahjong), drinking and any illegal activities are prohibited in this B&B. Anyone who commits the above inappropriate behavior will be fined according to law. It is prohibited to bring pets and barbecue in the B&B. If there are related behaviors, the B&B has the right to refuse entry.
■ This B&B reserves the right to allocate room types. If you have any room type requirements, please mention your needs to the service staff when booking for easy operation.
■ Please use the equipment and facilities in the B&B with care. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the price (please refer to the official website for the price)
■ Public spaces are open from 08:00 to 22:00. Please do not make loud noises after 10 p.m. If you refuse to listen, the B&B has the right to ask guests to check out without refunding the deposit.
■ Please take off your shoes indoors and put them in the outdoor shoe cabinet. Please wear indoor slippers indoors.
■ Let us work together to save energy and reduce carbon emissions for the earth. Please remember to turn off all power, air conditioners and faucets when you leave the room.
■ This B&B has a surveillance system in public spaces to ensure the quality and safety of every guest, taking into account privacy and legal requirements, the video will not be leaked.
■ Extended stay:
If informed one week before arrival, the deposit will be retained for one year and you can choose to move in during the retention period.
If there are force majeure factors in the location of the B&B on the day of registration, such as natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc. that cause traffic interruption, or the Tainan City Government and the local government of the traveler’s location issue an announcement to stop work and classes, you can apply for an extension of stay, and the B&B will keep it. A one-year deposit is required and you can choose to move in during the reservation period.
