【Accommodation Rules】
■ If there are children traveling with you, please control yourself and pay attention to safety. Do not run or play on the stairs.
We are not responsible for any accidents, please forgive me.
■ To ensure the safety of your belongings, please keep your personal heavy items properly and refuse other visitors.
Guests or strangers can visit. (We will not be responsible if any is lost)
■ In order to ensure the privacy of guests, cleaning and changing of bath towels and sheets will not be provided during the extended stay.

■ Check-in time: 15:00 pm on the same day to 11:00 am the next day (passengers who cannot check in on time please contact us the day before)
■ If you bring a pet, you must inform us in advance. If approved, please place it in a cage or tie it with a leash, and

■ In order to maintain the quality of the guest accommodation environment, smoking is completely prohibited indoors. (If smoking is found indoors, an additional cleaning fee of NT$1,000 per room will be charged)

■ To maintain living quality and tranquility (as stipulated by the National Noise Control Law), please turn down the lights after 10 p.m.
Keep the volume low, don't play and run around, don't drink too much, and avoid calling the police and worrying neighbors. (If it is reported and it is indeed noisy, please leave the B&B and the accommodation fee will not be refunded)
■ Please take care of the items in the house. The furniture, items, electrical appliances, etc. in the house are all the property of this B&B.
If it is damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. (If there are movable tables and chairs, please politely return them when you check out)
■ In order to save energy and reduce carbon emissions, please turn on the lights and turn off the air conditioner when you go out, and pay attention to the charging power source
Whether it is closed to prevent public accidents.
■ Residents are required to sort their garbage. (The government has implemented resource recycling for many years. If you don’t know how to classify it, please consider making a reservation.)
■ This B&B does not provide breakfast. Tainan is famous for its snacks and has a wide range of delicious food. It mainly allows tourists to choose the food according to their own preferences.
Additional instructions:
1. If the bedding cannot be cleaned and used due to personal factors, please compensate according to the price. (Such as vomit, large amounts of blood stains...etc.)
2. If any of the above guests fails to notify or abide by the agreement, they will be refused to leave the B&B and their accommodation fee will be confiscated.
3. There are monitors in public spaces in the B&B (except rooms/bathrooms). If you would mind, please do so.
