【Accommodation Rules】
■ Please join the official line@ and provide us with information on successful reservations (check the check-in date, hotel type, room number, and name of the reservation. )
■ Check in: 4pm / Check out: 11pm
■ If you need to check in early or check out late, a fee of NT$200 per hour will be charged. If there are guests checking in the next day, you will be refused. Please forgive me.
■ Please check in with a valid ID (photo must be on the ID).
■ Since each B&B is located in an alley, loud noises and noises are strictly prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am to avoid affecting the accommodation rights of neighbors and other guests. If you do not listen to repeated advice to improve, the hotel has the right to refuse your continued stay. Accommodation rights and paid fees will not be refunded. Please be considerate and kind to each other.
■ All B&Bs are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. In order to protect the accommodation rights of other guests, the hotel is not open to the public and visitors are prohibited from entering or exiting. Please enter the room according to the number of people booked.
■ Currently, each B&B does not include breakfast or parking space (relevant suggestions and information will be given to you after confirming the reservation and before checking in). Check in/out is a semi-self-service method. If you have any questions, please contact the butler to assist you.
■ Chewing betel nuts, setting off firecrackers, gambling, playing mahjong, cooking food, barbecue, taking drugs, drinking alcohol, making noise, partying, selling drugs, soliciting prostitutes, etc. are strictly prohibited in each B&B. If this happens, it will affect the rights and interests of other tenants. , you will be forced to leave; if any illegal behavior occurs, the police will be dealt with, and the room payment already paid will not be refunded.
■ Take good care of all supplies, equipment and displays in the museum. If they are damaged or lost, you will need to compensate according to the price. Please also carefully check your luggage and all items when checking out to avoid omissions. If there are any omissions, the B&B will not be responsible for their storage.
■ All reservations must be made through the platform or LINE@ window. Priority will be given to prepaid room payment to reserve room qualifications. The price shown immediately after booking shall prevail. If it is due to an event or promotion, the stipulated preferential plan must be followed. There are prices. Adjustment, neither party can ask for payment or refund of the price difference after booking.
■ Room types marked as "no room selection" are randomly assigned rooms. If guests need to specify a room (room type) or room number, an additional NT$300 will be charged.
■ Environmentally friendly accommodation plan: In order to promote a sustainable city in Tainan, the B&B does not provide disposable toiletries, wool/bath towels, only shower/shampoo.
